This friendly and romantic houseboat is perfect for two. It consists of a livingroom,
a bedroom, a kitchen (with microwave), a bathroom with whirlpool and separate
shower and a private garden. The design uses clean and modern colours arranged
with typically Dutch cosiness.

There is ADSL on board, so in case you have a laptop computer (Mac or PC),
there are internet and email at no additional charge.

Further facilities: two televisions (one in the bedroom), VCR, radio, cd-player,
cassettedeck, hairdryer, washing-machine, iron, ironboard, motor/rowingboat.

The boat lies in a house-boat village, a safe and quiet place. Everyone who lives
here considers others people’s rest and privacy. We have to ask our guests to
show some courtesy to the neighbours too.

Smoking is, also for your own safety, only allowed in the garden.

Conditions:

• basically there is a minimum stay of 4 nights required. Reservations for 2 or
  3 nights can be made when the required dates occur between two reserva-
  tions or the date of arrival is less then 3 days from now.
  
  
• deposit: 35% of the total amount;
  
  
• cancellation: reservation fee and deposit are not refundable in case of cancellation;
