This boat lies in a safe and quiet area, in a houseboat village. Everyone who lives here, respect other people's privacy, as water and wood transmit noise easily. We have to ask our guests to show some courtesy to the neighbours.
On the Stadionplein are restaurants, café's and shops. It's a 5 minute walk from the boat to the Amstelveenseweg for the nearest bus- and tramstop, while it takes you only 20 minutes by bike or bus to reach the centre of the city.
The old south part of Amsterdam is designed by the early modernist Berlage before the city host the Olympic Games in 1928. The Olympic Stadion is renovated in 1999, now you find there a trendy restaurant and lots of shops who have something to do do with sports.
Under the Olympic Stadium you can park your car for a very reasonable price and they provide you with two bikes or two tickets for the tram for free!

You can rent a tennis court in the neighbourhood.
