Conditions: ( please print this out )
- To guarantee your
reservation we would like to receive a deposit of 35%, which is not
re-
fundable when you cancel the reservation; we will render an account in
the enclosed letter.
- Balance payment: (on the first day of arrival) only cash money can be
accepted.
- There is a 100% amount due of
the reservation by cancellation within 72 hours before arrival day
18.00 o'clock, with a maximum of six nights.
No Show: we will keep the accommodation free till the next day
12 o'clock (checkout time).
There is a 100% amount due of the reservation with a maximum of seven
nights.
- Paying the deposit with
credit card is + 2% on top of the bill.
- Please give your credit
card details (only Visa or Euro/Master) on this form or

Please don’t forget to let us know if you choose to make a
bank transfer. We might rent the boat to someone else if we don’t know
that you mean to make a bank transfer and it takes
a few days.

- We need one passport or id
on the day of arrival, which we return on departure day.
- We should be grateful
if you leave the boat
properly (not leaving the dishes etc.)
- Smoking is, also for your
own safety, only allowed on the balconies or gardens by the boats.
Most boats are made from wood and vulnerable. Drugs (also soft) are
not allowed.
- Some houseboats lie in a
quiet environment, in nature or close to other houseboats.
We have to ask our guests to show some courtesy to their neighbours.
- It is strictly forbidden to
the tenant to give hospitality during his stay to other persons
than
the ones (or number of
persons) agreed on in the reservation. Only in case of
permission of your host one may give hospitality to other
persons.
We are sorry, but in case of breaking this rules, you are to
leave the boat immediately.
Otherwise we could lose our licence for the boats. Advanced payments
will not be restored.
Insurance: - we advice you to take out a cancellation insurance.
- we have a third party insurance but that doesn't cover theft
or damage to
your personal things.
